New site allows customers to request service, book appointments and track progress online

A Full Online Experience for Lee Company Customers
Lee Company, recognized as an industry leader for the introduction of smart glasses technology in home services, is taking the next step forward – using technology to better serve customers with a portal that supports a full online experience.
The Lee Company Customer Portal enables homeowners to request service and book appointments online whenever it’s convenient, 24/7. The portal is also designed to make it easy for customers to track the status of service requests, and get updates on the Lee Company technician scheduled to come to their home.
“We know customers want a full online experience – they’re trying to check things off the ‘to do’ list while they’re between meetings, picking up kids, always on the go,” says Dan Kalman, Senior Vice President of Home Services. “With the launch of our new portal, Lee Company is raising the bar on customer service for everything from scheduling annual HVAC maintenance to tracking repair work.”
Kalman says it should take Lee Company customers a minute or less to register on the site. After they are registered, booking appointments is simply one of the online options. Customers can also set up a home profile that will allow them to track information about their home’s HVAC systems, electric and plumbing systems, and more. Online chat is available too.
“Launching this portal has been at the top of my own ‘to do’ list,” says Kalman. “We’ve seen the benefits technology brings to our customers, and we’re confident the portal will be a tremendous asset. It’s easy to use, and provides a really convenient way for busy homeowners to stay on top of maintenance and repair needs, and the service work conducted.”
The portal is an addition to Lee Company’s customer service options. Customers can still call the company’s customer service phone line at 615-567-1000, and are encouraged to do that if there is an emergency or same-day service is required.
