When a long-time Nashville university needed to build a ten-story dorm for their students, Lee Company knew they wanted to accept the challenge. The design/build scope of the project included both plumbing and mechanical. The Lee Company team provided 71,303 man-hours, supplied 47,575 pipes, valves, and fittings for HVAC, and 69,363 pipes, valves, and fittings for plumbing. The ten-story, 173 dorm rooms were built, on-time and on-budget, providing another win for the long-time partnership for Belmont University and Lee Company!
