When a construction job involves a two-floor vertical expansion of a busy hospital, risks are inherent and communication is critical. Lee Company drew on its vast healthcare experience to work with HCA’s TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville; coordinate all construction around hospital needs; keep operating units operating without interruption; and complete the nearly $9.3 million job safely. To keep the fast-moving project on track, Lee Company used heavy prefabrication, worked day and night, and hired trusted subcontractors. Throughout, communication remained the essential tool on this job site, which was successfully and safely completed, on time and on budget.
