What Is a Thrive Fair?
Think of it as a one-stop shop for all things wellbeing. Attending a Thrive Fair has been a great way for our people to explore the tools and support designed to help them live well and work well … and it’s a tradition you could be part of, too!
At our Thrive Fairs, team members have:
- Learned how to make the most of benefits that support mental, physical, and financial health.
- Completed biometric screenings with our free in-house nurse practitioner quickly and conveniently … and earned award points along the way.
- Heard from company leaders about our commitment to employee wellbeing and learned more about the LeeWay.
- Connected with more than 25 internal and external vendors, including teams like IT, People Services (Human Resources), Safety, and third-party providers.
- Discovered tools, resources, and services they might not have even known we offered, all in one place.
Building a Culture of Care
These events are built with care and teamwork. Event staff, vendors, and volunteers have often arrived before sunrise to set up everything from booth displays and handouts to interactive demos and prize tables.
Fresh coffee, catered breakfasts, fun swag items, and exciting door prize giveaways have added the perfect touch to make every Thrive Fair a memorable and energizing experience for all involved.
We’ve been honored to feature voices from across our team at these events. One of the highlights? Hearing from Ted Lee, second-generation owner and long-time leader. Ted’s message has served as a reminder of our company’s roots and our shared responsibility to support one another:
