When Americans want to know how to get out of debt, they turn to personal finance guru Dave Ramsey. But who helps Ramsey save money when he decides to build a new corporate campus? 

The Ramsey Solutions multiphase corporate headquarters is located in Berry Farms, a mixed-use, master-planned community in Franklin, Tennessee. Phase 1 of Ramsey’s master plan was a 240,000-square-foot, six-story corporate office and a 15,000-square-foot lobby that would connect to phase 2, a six-story office building identical to the first one.

We began working on the $4.7 million HVAC and plumbing contract in September 2019. For the next 20 months, we would design, manufacture, and install 88,882 square feet of HVAC ductwork (149,981 lbs.) and 24,592 feet of piping. We marked substantial completion in June 2021, weeks ahead of the Aug. 1, 2021, final completion date. By July, our crew was down to the punch list. The project was completed on time and, more importantly, on budget!

Ramsey Solutions received the 2021 Eagle Award from the Greater Tennessee Associated Builders and Contractors chapter and the 2021 Award of Merit from the North Alabama Associated Builders and Contractors chapter.
