In 2024, Caleb was named vice president of Smart Buildings, a role in which he oversaw key operational teams, including controls, test and balance, and start-up. His work focused on delivering newly installed Building Automation Systems (BAS), mechanical control infrastructure solutions, and system optimization for both internal and external customers.
