Caleb Lee joined Lee Company in July 2013 as a project engineer, right out of college. Throughout the past decade, his career has grown in step with the company’s mission to create a workplace where employees can thrive. In 2024, Caleb was named Vice President of Smart Buildings, a role in which he oversees key operational teams, including controls, test and balance, and start-up. His work focuses on delivering for newly installed Building Automation Systems (BAS), mechanical control infrastructure solutions, and system optimization for both internal and external customers.
Caleb’s journey reflects his dedication to excellence and professional growth. After starting as a project engineer, he quickly moved into design roles, becoming a design engineer and later advancing to Director of Project Design and Estimating in 2018. In this role, he led engineering, design-build, virtual support, pre-fabrication, and estimating teams for pre-construction and business units. Caleb was promoted to Senior Director of Smart Buildings in January 2023, paving the way for his current leadership responsibilities.
Caleb returned to school from 2016 to 2018, equipping himself with a Master in Business Administration from Belmont University. His career is a testament to his passion for blending technology, engineering, and customer service to drive innovation.
Caleb is honored to continue his family’s legacy at Lee Company, walking in the footsteps of those who laid the foundation for the company’s success. He lives in Franklin, Tennessee, with his wife, Cameron, and their four sons – Isaac, Charles, Henry, and Bennett.
