Jake began his career at Lee Company as an assistant project manager in the Large Construction group in 2008. In his first few years on the job, Jake traveled to multiple states to help build ground-up acute care hospitals.
In 2011, he shifted his focus to business development, concentrating on growing Lee Company’s healthcare customer base. Jake’s success in this role led to his promotion to Director of Healthcare Business Development in 2014.
In September 2023, Jake accepted the role of Vice President of Business Development. In this position, he oversees all business development efforts company-wide, working to grow Lee Company’s comprehensive facilities solutions in multiple regions. Jake’s focus is to grow Lee Company’s business and foster a culture of service and commitment to its core values.
As Jake leads our business development team into the future, he is focused on ensuring Lee Company is equipped to meet evolving customer needs.
Jake is recognized as an ASHE Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) and is a longstanding board member of the ACE Mentor Program in Middle Tennessee.
