Michael Harrell

Michael Harrell is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of Facility Services in Lee Company’s rapidly expanding markets.

Mike was named vice president of Facility Services after 14 years of dedicated service at Lee Company. He joined the company in 2003 as a project manager in our large construction group. In 2007, he moved to our FM² (Facilities Management and Maintenance) team to help establish that group as a sustainable business. Five years later, in 2012, he became director of operations for Facility Services and took on responsibility for all of our demand and commercial services. During this period, Lee Company developed and implemented our pioneering technology platform for facility management.

Mike has also served on the board for ICE (Independent Contractor Exchange) since 2020.
