Before joining Lee Company, Carol was a busy mom working part-time at Dillards. The cost of proms and cheerleading drove her to look for a steady, long-term job. Carol joined our team as a temp scanning archives for OnBase, our newest app at the time. Thanks to her patient peers, she learned to use a computer and 6 months later became a member of our accounts receivables team!
