What does Lee Company mean to Paul? “It’s my family. It’s going to be hard to retire. I love working for this company and the people. No job is going to be perfect, but this place is the best place to be.” Paul started as a pipefitter in our Construction group and worked under Robert Roberts. During the first part of his journey, the advice he was given was, “Keep your mouth closed and your ears open. Learn as much as you can and never be afraid to expand yourself. This advice has helped shape me into the leader I am today.”
