Assistant Superintendent, Large Construction
Tim B. has seen his career – and Lee Company – grow over the years. When he hired on as a pipefitting helper, Tim was 24 and the company had 250 employees. Now, with decades of experience under his belt, Tim is a leader in Large Construction and Lee Company has more than 1,400 employees! Tim says he is grateful for all the opportunities Lee Company has provided, especially the chance to continually learn as he works on a wide variety of projects: “I want my legacy to be being good at my job, a hard worker, an honest person, and loyal, no matter what.”
