A high-stakes hotel project in the heart of Nashville calls for a strong contractor with a multidisciplinary approach who can rise to the challenge – and we delivered.

The opportunity for us to expand into the luxury hotel category came with high-stakes challenges. Owned by a real estate developer with high expectations, the 297-room Joseph hotel was a high-profile project intended to house high art and provide custom experiences to its guests.

Using BIM-integrated, reverse-phase scheduling, value engineering, in-house fabrication, state-of-the-art systems, and ISO certification standards, we delivered our portion of the Joseph hotel ahead of schedule, on budget with zero accidents and during a pandemic.

Nashville’s first five-star hotel opened ahead of schedule in August 2020 thanks, in large, part to our five-star multidisciplinary approach.

The Joseph received the 2021 Eagle Award from the Greater Tennessee Associated Builders and Contractors chapter and the 2021 Award of Excellence from the North Alabama Associated Builders and Contractors chapter.
