While last year’s pandemic may have put a pause to many normal activities, it did not stop Lee Company from planning for the future. While continuing to serve customers in safe ways, we planted the seeds for growth in our Home Services group: three new offices that get technicians even closer to the communities they serve. 

New office locations

• East Nashville

• Bellevue

• Chattanooga

The East Nashville office, which opened in December 2020, primarily serves customers in high-rise and multi-family housing. Serving the West Nashville area is the Bellevue office, which opened its doors in February 2021. And most recently the newest office in the Lee Company family, Chattanooga, opened on April 1. This is the company’s first Eastern time zone location, serving facility clients and homeowners in both Tennessee and Georgia.

An opportunity to serve new communities

Opening three offices in six months takes a commitment to serve others. According to our President and CEO, Richard Perko, “These expansions help us grow as a company, hire new employees where they live, and provide new opportunities to current ones. It also allows us to give back to new communities, a key part of our mission.”

Community service plays a vital role in Lee Company’s culture. Employees from all 13 office locations continually engage with their respective communities by supporting youth sports, volunteering at food banks, working with students, collecting supplies for families in need, and scores of other activities. East Nashville, Bellevue, and Chattanooga are no exception.
